This large, rustic semi-detached house "De Negende Boom" is surrounded by trees, meadows and fields.It is situated outside of the resort, in a quiet position, 50 kilometers from the sea, 50 km. from the beach, located by a road.The three-room house has an entrance hall with separate toilet. The living/dining room has a sliding door with cable-TV and stereo unit and an exit to the garden. One bedroom has one french bed. Second bedroom has two beds and 1 x 2 bunk beds.The open kitchen is equipped in 4 hotplates, oven, micro wave and a dining table. A bathroom consists bath and a shower. The heating is available in all house.For a private use: garden with lawn, terrace, garden furniture, parking by the house.The nearest shop is situated 2 kilometers from the house, restaurant 2 km., outdoor swimming pool 5 km. Please note: car is essential. The house is next to a farm in the middle of the countryside. Nearby: Chicken farm, horses, ponies. Garden with fishpond. Bike hire is possible.
